During 2011 and 2012 we are planning to send out teams to different places in Ireland to support and encourage churches. This could involve going to pray, serving practically, lead worship, sharing in services, helping with outreach .....
Most teams would be small and would take place over a weekend.

September 2011 - UCCI, India

This is an opportunity for anyone of any age to use his/her skills to make a difference to the lives of children from poor backgrounds. Nalini, the Director of UCCI, has specifically asked for help with these subjects. What is required is a basic introduction to them. There will also be an opportunity to get invovled in the borehole and AIDS nutrition programmes that are run by Janet and David Preston.

October 2011 - Barnabas Trek - Nepal - THIS TRIP IS NOW CLOSED
Date: 9 - 22 October 2011
Join “The ultimate Prayer Walk”. A trek through the Annapurna Range in the Himalayas visiting Ethnic Tibetan villages ministering to believers and unbelievers and providing basic medical care where necessary. We would need at least one doctor/ medical person on each team.
Cost excluding international flights to Kathmandu – approx: £800 includes accommodation, food local transport and flights in Nepal.

January 2012 - India Quest

A unique opportunity to serve God and experience India undertaking a discipleship course for 6 months. Starting January 2012.
Cross cultural experience, Bible Study, Prayer, Teaching, Evangelism, Serving the local church, Social Projects, Mission Trips.
India Quest is designed for committed and active Christians aged 18-30 to include school leavers, graduates and those wanting to take a career break.
Costs - £2450 plus return airfares and employment visa for the 6 month course. This will cover the cost of insurance, Indian visa, accommodation, food and mission travel during the course.

February 2012 - Medical Team - Indo China

This is a fantastic opportunity for Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists & dentists to go to Indo China and provide medical care through village clinics in rural areas.
While medical experience is helpful it is not mandatory as there are also roles in registration and pharmacy.
There is also an opportunity to train primary heath care workers.

October 2012 - Deborah Team - Cambodia
Date: 2012 (exact date to be confirmed)
A group of women from CFC will lead a Deborah programme in Banteay Meantay, Cambodia.
This area on the Thai/Cambodian border sees many women leaving to work in the bars and brothels. The team will have the opportunity to pray and minister to the women living and working in this region through training, equipping and empowering to help them fulfil Gods destiny for themselves their families and their Nation.
It will be a 10 day trip and include a trip to Angkor Wat and the temples at Siem Reap.
