Exploring Cell Leadership

Exploring Cell Leadership is an 8 week course that explores the vision and values of cell and equips you to be able to lead a cell. Packed full of new ideas and creative ways to lead it is a must for anyone exploring the possibility of leading a cell sometime in the future.

Format

Forget classrooms and lectures this dynamic training is carried out in a cell group setting where participation is key and with supper, chat & fun also essential elements.
Most of the sessions are run in a cell format—with prayer, worship, ministry etc all part of the experience.
The ‘word’ section each week is based on a chapter from our cell leader manual—which has been written specifically for CFC-but is now in demand by churches world wide.

To participate in cell leader training you must be a member of CFC, a committed and active member of your cell and be recommended by your cell leader and co-ordinator.
