Anchor is a fully accredited counselling agency with 12 qualified counsellors, who provide a professional service to the community.

Our qualified counsellors offer an opportunity to address such issues as; persistent low mood, bereavement, stress and anxiety, abuse issues, low self esteem as well as couple work.

We adhere to the Code of Ehics and Practice set forward by the Association of Christian Counsellors and ensure ongoing taining and development for our counsellors as well clinical supervision for them.

We use 179 Holywood Road as our base and offer sessions from Monday through Friday, having availabilty in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
